Our previous retreats include Our Unstoppable Retreat for women and Our Harmony Nature Retreat in the stunning Scottish 5* Carrick Castle Lodge on the edge of the stunning Loch Lomand, with the snow capped mountains out the back.
The kent countryside surrounded the most luxurious 5*cottages with indoor pool and 8 acres of beautifully kept grounds, in this retreat we focused on Inner Harmony with mind mapping workshops, sound baths, country walks.
We held an introduction to Plant medicine at our latest retreat in another beautiful Kent location, nutritious foods, mind resets, dance, shamanic healings and profound shifts.
